How long will my order take to get to me?
Shipping times vary depending on your shipping address. Once our retail partner is able to verify your age and shipping address, they’ll approve your order and add a tracking number. Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days.

If your order has been approved, you can find your tracking number in your account (if you made one) or in your confirmation email.

Do I need to be present when my order is delivered?
An adult (age 21 or older) will need to be present to sign an age-verification receipt for the package.

Can I ship my package to a PO Box or UPS/Fedex/USPS Store?

Packages cannot be shipped to PO boxes or local carrier locations. Orders that are placed and addressed to these locations will be rejected and refunded. For orders that have been placed to ship to acceptable locations, you may be able to schedule a pick-up at a local carrier location.

The best way to do this is to check the tracking link in your order confirmation email and follow the carrier’s instructions.

What do I do if my package says that it’s been delivered, but is missing?

First, double-check the shipping address to make sure it’s correct. If the address is correct, file a claim with the carrier via your tracking link so that they can begin looking into the matter as soon as possible.

Then, reply to your order email or email  to notify us about the issue so that we can also contact the retailer who shipped your order.

Why was I charged by a company that isn’t Goza Tequila? Why is my order being shipped by a company that isn’t Goza Tequila?
To remain completely compliant with the law, products from Goza Tequila must be sold to you by a licensed retailer. To get products to you most efficiently, we partner with a network of retailers who are licensed to ship to customers across America.

When you buy from this online store, you are actually buying products from our trusted retail partners. Once you purchase, our retail partners process your order and ship the products to you.

Who can I reach out to with questions about my order?
Orders made on this website are fulfilled by different retailers based on your shipping address. For any questions about a purchase you’ve made, you can either reply to your order confirmation email or email support@bevshop.io.

Can I send Goza Tequila to someone as a gift?
Yes! You can send an order of Goza Tequila to someone else if both you and they are over the age of 21 – as long as they will be present to sign for the age-verification receipt upon delivery.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. We hope to offer broader shipping options soon!
